Material

Materials are the top sheet part of the label construction, which we print on. Within each category are an array of options and we have an extensive selection of materials to suit any number of labelling requirements.

Mirrorkote Paper

• White and glossy surface, mirror-finished paper.
• For single or 4 colors labels that require a mirror-like gloss finish.
• Widely use across industries and economical option.
• Can option for finishing with Gloss Lamination or Matt Lamination (water-resistant).
* Removable Mirrorkote Paper available upon request.

Art Paper

• When printing on any of these art papers, the ink will appear glossy, as it sits on top of the paper; however, the background can be different.
• With gloss art the white background will also be glossy; with silk or matt art it will not, so there will be a greater contrast between the background and the printed areas.

WoodFree Paper

• Woodfree or Simili paper are the cost-effective options. Simili paper is a rough matte white base paper.
• It is a good selection if your do not want to have any shiny effect and it’s easy for writing.

Direct Thermal

• Thermal paper is a special fine paper that is coated with a material formulated to change color when exposed to heat.

Breakable PVC

• Smooth matt white surface and breakable material.
• For security labeling.

Synthetic Paper

• High opacity matte white and synthetic films offer excellent print-ability, writability and tear resistance.
• Water, oil, chemical, mild acid, grease resistance and tough label stock
• The label apply in both consumer and industrial usages. For example, toiletries, cosmetics, electrical tag (calibration sticker).

PP White

• Apply widely used across frozen food and beverages, cosmetics, toiletries, luxury articles and promotional labeling, that requiring durability with resistance to moisture, prevents spillage and functional squeezability.
• It is ideal for applications on non-uniform surfaces or highly squeezable items.

Matt Polyster

• Bright or Matt metallized film featuring excellent tear strength, heat resistance, chemical resistance, and opaque.
• Permanent adhesive and moderate initial tack.
• Widely used as specification labels of electric, in- and outdoor electrical appliance, etc.
• Can option for finishing with Gloss or Matt Lamination for more protection.

Transparent OPP

• Clear labels that exhibits low to moderate opacity gloss and stiffness.
• Provide higher adhesion compare to Mirrorkote Paper on slightly curvy surface (Not suitable for flexible labelling).
• It contain water, oil, and chemical resistant.
• Finishing with Gloss Lamination is recommended for decorative labels – increase durability and resistance to moisture.

PE White

• White, glossy, soft and tough vinyl film used for both indoor and short-medium terms outdoor labeling (not weather-proof).
• Medium to high durability and predominantly used in chemical or toxic labeling.

PP Clear

• Apply widely used across frozen food and beverages, cosmetics, toiletries, luxury articles and promotional labeling, that requiring durability with resistance to moisture, prevents spillage and functional squeezability.
• It is Clear labels.

Window Sticker

• Static cling is made from a thin vinyl film that clings to various surfaces.
• Typically, they are displayed on glass windows and doors. However, they can also be displayed on smooth plastic or metal.

Tyre Label

• Paper facestock laminated with a thin aluminium foil underneath. Adhere perfectly to all sorts of rough and uneven surfaces, especially for automotive tyre labeling.
• Metallizing on the back of the face material prevents contamination occurred from migration of components onto printed image.
• Good durability that it does not tear or deform easily.

Glossy Lamination

• Its luxurious and elegant surface on packaging products, such as gift box, cosmetic box and paper bag usually help to make a difference on the markets.

UV Varnish

• Ultra Violet (UV) Varnishing is a process to achieve more striking and attractive type of coating on the printed material.
• With UV varnishing it gives your printed material looks more perfect with the varnish appearing noticeably.
• UV coating is like a deluxe version of non-UV varnishes which require special Ultraviolet drying machinery.

Hot Stamping

• Hot stamping can be used on paper, white pvc and transparent material. Hot stamping can give additional effect to your products.
• This sticker is frequently used for cosmetic, fashion labels or beauty items. Furthermore, adding foil stamping able to create more elegant look on your products.
• It also provides additional security on the products or items.

Security Cut

• Security cut are similar to the standard reveal materials but the pattern is only evident on the material once the label is removed.
• No residue is left on the substrate and the label should come away clean.
• This is particularly useful when labelling items that are checked and sealed on a regular basis such as in customs, or when security checking buildings and sealing doors, cupboards and drawers etc.

Perforation

• Perforation is where you add a tearable portion to the paper.
• The size of the perforation is small and It’s separated cuts in the paper to allow pieces of paper to stay attached.
• It can also be torn when It’s necessary.
• Perforation can be custom shape or anything that needs to be perfectly torn or torn in half.

• There are 8 types of unwind direction to roll the labels. Therefore, it is important to know the unwind direction of the labels on the roll if your labels are machine applied.

Sheet Form

• Sheet form labels are the most economical option to choose for multiple label designs.
• Sheet form labels can be used either for practicality or economy.

Roll Core Diameter

The core size refers to the diameter of the cardboard tube on which the plotter paper is rolled.

Roll Pattern

The Unwind and Rewind direction indicates how the rolls of labels are “FACE” or produced so that the labels are facing in the right direction when the labels are being applied by a machine or label applicator.

When To Use It: The unwind or rewind direction is important if your labels are being machine-applied. Make sure you confirm the right rewind or unwind direction with your machine or label applicator manual or manufacturer!
